Welcome to ACES Dog Training. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully to understand your responsibilities and our policies.
1. Services Provided
ACES Dog Training offers personalized training programs designed to help dogs and their owners develop a strong, positive relationship. Our services include puppy training, basic and advanced obedience training, aggression management, and advanced trick training. Training sessions may take place in designated locations or at the client’s home, depending on the agreed arrangement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information regarding their dog’s medical history, behavior, and any history of aggression. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by local regulations. Since training success depends on consistency, clients are expected to follow the trainer’s guidance and practice exercises outside of scheduled sessions.
3. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been made. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must notify ACES Dog Training at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee. Training packages are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled at the trainer’s discretion.
4. Safety and Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe training environment, ACES Dog Training is not liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during or after training sessions. The client assumes full responsibility for their dog’s actions at all times, both during and after training. If a dog exhibits excessive aggression or behavior that poses a risk to safety, the trainer reserves the right to modify or terminate training services as necessary.
5. Training Results Disclaimer
Every dog learns at its own pace, and success in training depends on multiple factors, including the dog’s temperament, consistency in training, and owner participation. While we are committed to providing the best training experience, ACES Dog Training does not guarantee specific results.
6. Termination of Services
ACES Dog Training reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog is deemed excessively aggressive, unmanageable, or if a client does not comply with the agreed-upon safety guidelines. The trainer will make reasonable efforts to address concerns before terminating services.
7. Media Release
From time to time, ACES Dog Training may take photos or videos during training sessions for promotional purposes. By using our services, clients grant permission for these images to be used on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Clients who prefer not to have their dog featured must inform us in writing before the session.
